How to start a trade?
PLEASE READ TO AVOID GETTING SCAMMED: We do not use Discord, Telegram or any other instant message software for Middleman services, every step of the transaction will take place in Middleman.games website. If we contact you via email, it will be only from our official email (admin@middleman.games).

Enter your email address (we will contact you here) and then type the name of the game, price and a brief explanation of what youre trying to trade, you can also reach us by live chat for a faster response

Wait for us to contact you and guide you
Once we check the information and prepare everything for the trade, we will send you a link to a live chat where only seller, buyer and middleman are present to start the trade. This link will be personalized for your trade and the transaction will take place only in this website (middleman.games)

Follow Middleman's instructions
Once everyone is in the group chat, please follow instructions given from Middleman so you can complete your trade successfully
How do we secure a trade?
Every game is different which also means there are different ways to secure a trade, let's say you are trying to sell or buy a Fortnite account, our middleman will then follow the next steps:
This is just one example, there are hundreds of games that will need a different method in order to be secured, the Middleman will be prepared for whatever game you need, we can also hold the money instead, you just need to explain to us exactly what you're trying to sell or buy.

Our Middleman will receive login info from seller
The middleman will log in to account and check the content to make sure it is exactly what buyer wants to purchase.

Verification and account securing process done by Middleman
Once buyer confirms the images match with the account they want to purchase, middleman will proceed to secure account: this means logging to Epicgames and changing email (if possible), password, unlinking any other platforms, etc. If the email cannot be changed yet, seller will have to provide the email linked (which will also be secured). Buyer is also in their right to ask for any other information related to account.

Payment window phase
After the account is secured, middleman will now allow buyer to send payment directly to seller using the payment method of their preference (Paypal, Wise, etc) and once seller confirms in the chat they received the payment, Middleman will deliver account to buyer and help them change information again if needed.

8% for any trades under 100 USD
10% for any trades over 100 USD
Payment methods: Paypal, Bitcoin, ETH, USDT, Litecoin, etc (the Middleman will guide you on how to pay the fee for the service once you are all present in the group chat).

Unfortunately, there is no way for us to know if the seller will try to recover the account or no, and it's also impossible for us to control this. If this happens, we will try our best to help you get the account or money back but we are not responsible for whatever happens after a transaction is finished.
We do not use Discord and will never contact you on Discord or any other message platform, you will receive a link to join a group chat directly to the email you used in the form or in our Live Chat (we don't mention what service we use for group chat here for security reasons)
It's impossible for us to know if the other part will file a dispute or chargeback in the future, we can offer some help with the dispute (providing information) but we are not responsible for any chargebacks or disputes after the Middleman finishes the transaction.
